I am in love with this mascara, I have yet to see a smudge, flake or clump! And the tubes do come off into your hand with warm water. Of course, they do not look like plastic tubes, they actually look like black strings. It is very easy to remove without eye makeup remover as stated. You can even try to pull the tubes off without water and they will not budge, it really is incredible. Some additional benefits to Blinc are that  it’s 100% vegan, contains no gluten of any kind, water-resistant, no damage to eyelashes, great for sensitive eyes and you can even cry and it will not smudge (I need this for my wedding!)
